1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using Villa Altara and the conditions of reservations made through Booking.com and Airbnb. Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Reservations and Payments

  • All reservations must be made through Booking.com or Airbnb.

  • Payment terms, cancellation policies, and deposits depend on the selected rate plan and are specified directly on the booking platform.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out until 11:00 AM.

  • Late check-out or extended stays are subject to availability and prior arrangement.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • use the property in a respectful manner,

  • observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM,

  • refrain from hosting parties,

  • report any damages and take care of the apartment and its furnishings.

5. Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

  • Villa Altara is not responsible for valuables left in the apartment.

6. Data Protection

Guest data is processed in accordance with applicable laws, Booking.com/Airbnb privacy rules, and Villa Altara’s Privacy Policy.

7. Complaints

Any feedback or complaints should be submitted through the messaging system on Booking.com or Airbnb. The property will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
